01The service

OffBeatHoliday helps you plan trips: day itineraries, routes, nearby places, budgets, packing lists and shared trips. Route times, opening hours, prices and place details come from third parties such as Google and can be wrong or out of date. Always check local conditions, opening hours, transport and accessibility before you travel. We are not a travel agent and don't book or guarantee any travel service.

02This website

The routes, itineraries and times shown on this website are illustrative starting points, not bookings or guarantees. Destination photos are used under the Unsplash License. The OffBeatHoliday name, paper-plane logo and site design belong to OffBeatHoliday; please don't copy them without permission.

03Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us if you think someone else used your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. You can delete your account at any time from the app (Profile → More account actions → Delete account) or the planner.

04Your content and sharing

Trips and notes you create remain yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them so the service works, including showing shared trips to the people you invite. Only invite people you trust; editors can change a shared trip. Don't use the service to store unlawful content or to harass anyone.

05Acceptable use

• Don't try to access other people's accounts or trips, disrupt the service, or bypass its limits or security.
• Don't scrape, resell or copy map, place or route data obtained through the service beyond what Google's and other providers' terms allow.
• We may suspend accounts that break these rules or put other users or the service at risk.

06Plans and payments

Paid plans (Plus and Pro) are offered in the web planner and the Android app and are paid through Razorpay. Each purchase is a one-time 30-day pass that does not renew automatically. Prices are shown in Indian rupees before you pay. Plans are not sold inside the iOS app. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.

07Third-party services

Maps, places and routes are provided by Google Maps Platform and are subject to the Google Maps Terms. Sign-in uses Google Firebase and, if you choose it, Sign in with Apple. Their terms apply to their services.

08Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and we'll update these terms when that affects you, changing the date above.

09Liability

To the extent the law allows, the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for travel decisions based on third-party data. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be excluded.

10Apple App Store

If you downloaded the iOS app, these terms are between you and OffBeatHoliday, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the app and is not responsible for claims relating to it. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the iOS app.
